Circular to all members and registered warehouses of the Exchange
Date: Sept. 30,2005
Subject: Regarding using Cocoon Packages Returning List
To perfect delivery process of Dried Cocoon, any buyer is requested to return cocoon packages (including bags and the ropes thereof) to the designated warehouse in stipulated time as per the cargo list while registered warehouse shall open corresponding Cocoon Packages Return Sheet to him, and the seller shall get the packages deposit from Clearing Co along with the list. Any seller shall take the packages as per the cargo list.
