Guangxi Guihua Silk Co., Ltd., formerly Hengxian Guihua Cocoon Silk Co., Ltd., was established in the national biggest town of sericulture-Yunbiao Town, Heng County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in June 2000. In 2011, the company was recognized as National Key Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization. Every year, it can produce 400 tons of raw silk and 300 tons of silk floss.
Big raw material base: Attaching great importance to the base construction of sericulture, the company has been adopting connecting mechanism - purchasing cocoons with insured price to inspire cocoon peasants growing more mulberry trees and raise more silkworms, and finally extended the mulberry filed to more than 2000 hectares from 530 hectares, which makes Yunbiao town become the biggest town of sericulture in our country and ensures the company’s raw material source.
Advanced silk reeling technique: The company is a main drafting unit of industry standards on Doupion Silk ，Coarse Raw Silk and Technical Specification of Facility for Silk Appearance Inspection, Group Standard on Fresh Cocoon Silk Technique and Regulation, and Guangxi local standard on Technical regulations for fresh cocoon raw siIk production. And it is the first company that developed Grade 5A and Grade 6A high quality raw silk in Guangxi and made them be mass produced. Thus, there’s no doubt the company can get many autonomous regional and national scientific and technological achievements, among which, “the key technological research and development of Grade 6A raw silk in Guangxi” has won the third prize of National Textile Science and Technology Progress Award.
Advanced silk floss production technique: The company is a main drafting unit of national standard on Silk Quilts ,industry sdandard on Silk Floss and Guangxi local standard on Technical Regulation for Machine-made Silkworm Silk Floss Production . And it is the first company that developed non-woven silk floss with multi-function, which filled the gap in the industry and won the second prize of National Textile Science and Technology Progress Award. Meanwhile, it is the only company that developed ecological silk floss and took the lead in scale and mass production in the industry, improving the whole industry’s silk floss producing technique.
Its silk floss and silk quilts are well-known in the country: The company has been providing one-stop service of silk floss raw materials for many domestic first-line brands for so many years, and has won reputation in the industry with its outstanding technical investment and excellent quality. It was the first company that researched and developed eco-silk quilts, and not only that, but the silk quilts can be vacuum compressed, which obtained National Ecological Fiber Product Certification, and were recognized as Protected Eco-origin Product by China (PEOP). As Guangxi Famous Product, its silk quilts has won the Gold Award of Guangxi Famous Products Fair for four consecutive years and the Houji Award of the 21st China Agricultural High-tech Fair .
