Rong'an Guihua Cocoon and Silk Co., Ltd. is a state-controlled company that established at Chang’an Town, Rong’an County, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province in January, 2000. With convenient transportation that is just located beside National Highway 209, the company is mainly engaged in cocoon collecting and the production of raw silk and silk quilts, and other business. For so many years, the company got many titles: Implementation Unit of the “Moving Mulberry Base from East to West” Project of the Ministry of Commerce; Liuzhou Key Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization; Liuzhou Excellent Leading Enterprise on Cocoon and Silk Processing; Director Unit of China Silk Association; Executive Director Unit of Guangxi Cocoon and Silk Industry Association; Member unit of Guangxi Cocoon and Silk Industry Science and Technology Innovation Alliance, etc.
At present, the company has 12 advanced silk reeling production lines and one silk quilts production line which can produce 20 thousand silk quilts per year. With annual dry cocoon processing capacity of more than 1200 tons, the company became a high quality raw silk production unit of China. Also, it has successively passed ISO9001:2000 and ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification. Moreover, its product “Juxiang” raw silk has won Guangxi Famous Product.
