ReturnTo stimulate employees' skill improvement, boost the company's production efficiency, and promote high-quality development of the reeling industry, the Labor Union of China Silk Tiancheng Company under Poly China Silk Group organized the 3rd Staff Reeling Skills Competition for frontline production personnel on the occasion of the 2025 International Labor Day.
With the goal of "Enhancing Skills, Serving Production" and the slogan "Practice Skills to Standardize Operations; Learn from Excellence to Improve Quality and Reduce Costs", the competition focused on integrating theoretical knowledge with practical operations, transforming process standards and equipment specifications into production capabilities, promoting the craftsmanship spirit of "Striving for Perfection and Excellence", and creating a factory atmosphere of "Comparison, Learning, Pursuit, Assistance, and Surpassing". Finally, 16 outstanding employees stood out and were awarded in the competition.
